We are very confident in the quality of our craftsmanship and stand behind our products. Customer satisfaction and the relations we build with our customers are our main priority. All items are made to order unless otherwise specified on our site and great care is taken with each piece. Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted here in our San Diego studio using natural gemstones and therefore each piece may vary a little. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your piece we are glad to accept returns for exchanges or store credit within 5 days of delivery. We will only accept returns of Kaali Designs Jewelry that was purchased from this website only. If a request for returning a product(s) falls outside the above timeframe, your return will not be accepted. Please note that product(s) returned without an authorization from us will be returned at your expense. Any entry fees or customs taxation that could be associated with returning the product will be incurred by you and not Kaali Designs.
For any return request please follow the instructions below.
1) We will accept returns for exchange or store credit only, but will only be accepted within 5 days after receipt of delivery.
2) If unfortunately the product(s) was damaged upon delivery, please email us within 24 hours.
3) For returns or damaged items, before sending product(s) back please email us for authorization number and a mailing address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4) Please include the order number, style number and a description of why you want to return it or if it was damaged please describe it. A photo would be helpful but not necessary.
5) All product(s) must be in its original packaging, unworn and accompanied with original receipt.
6) Shipping charges are non-refundable. Kaali Designs cannot be responsible for the status or condition of returned product(s). We therefore suggest all returns must be delivered by a major delivery service with full insurance and tracking capabilities and email us the tracking number. Upon acceptance and inspection of the product(s) we will issue your store credit within 3-5 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
7) Please note that credit is calculated based on the product(s) value only (shipping fees are not credited). Store credit is valid for 6 months.
8) We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and store credit will not be granted. If the item shipped to you was defective, it can be returned to us. We will make all the necessary repairs or even make a new piece if needed. You will be responsible for shipping and insuring it to us and we will be responsible for shipping it back to you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org first for repair authorization.
Repairs may take 2-4 weeks.
We pride ourselves on shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Most of the items will be made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. All In-stock items (if indicated on our site), ordered on Monday through Friday before 2pm PST, usually leave our studio on the same day or in the morning of the next day. Orders placed during weekends will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if holiday falls on Monday). If you need something delivered by a certain date, please contact us at email@example.com to see whether this is possible. We will try and do our absolute best to make this possible for our customers. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item has been shipped.
Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the processing of that order, which is usually within 24 hours. No modifications/cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.
Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted here in our San Diego studio using natural gemstones and although we make every effort to ensure the colors and sizes are accurate, there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the products. Please keep in mind that prices for metals and gemstones can change due to the fluctuations market.
Please be very careful with any pieces that have patinas. Patina is an extra coating over the actual piece of jewelry. Please keep in mind that any type of patina on any jewelry will eventually wear off, but you can help that process by proper care. Please do not wear jewelry that has a patina in pools, jacuzzi, spas, oils, keep away from chemicals (suntan lotions, perfumes, while washing dishes, are just a few examples to keep in mind).
Customers are not required to create an account in order to access and shop online at kaalidesigns.com, however you are required to provide specific personal information for processing payment and the shipment of purchased items. The information you provide pertains to your name, phone number, email and billing address associated with the card used in the purchase and the shipping information for the order. Any information retained by Kaali Designs is only used to process payment, ship your order and contact you regarding your order if necessary.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and JCB. If you have a card and are not sure if you can use it on our site, please contact us at email@example.com. We will be happy to assist you and make sure it turns out to be as smooth of a transection.
Upon checkout, appropriate sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to locations within the state of California.
Security of Personal Information
Security of your personal information is exceptionally important to us. Kaali Designs will not share any information you provide during the use of this site to any third parties, except when required by law, be it regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order. Your order will be processed via a secure server SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software to protect your personal data. The SSL provides endpoint authentication and communications privacy over the Internet using cryptography. The URL or address bar in your browser will indicate this by displaying the following letter “HTTPS” followed by the web address, this will give you assurance that your information is safe during performance of the transaction. The personal information you submit to us will be completely protected.
Kaali Deisgns reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order and or personal information. We also reserve the right to cancel any account or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. This is done for the protection of you the customer as well as Kaali Designs. If any order is canceled based on suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, any payment received and processed at that time will be returned to the credit account used in the purchase.
Kaali Designs reserves the right to amend these policies at any time; any changes will be posted online within the “Policy Change” section of this web site so that you are always informed of the policies, the collection and use of your personal information and the circumstances under which we may disclose it.
